What is Carswip?

Carswip is the leader in photo services for car dealerships. Dealerships use our services to ensure high-quality presentations of their cars online, ultimately leading to more inquiries. Carswip is based in Aarhus Denmark and currently helps over 100 dealerships across Scandinavia.

How can Carswip help my dealership?

With the Carswip App, we help you get better and more consistent photos of your cars, even across dealership branches/locations. The app provides an easy-to-use framework that guides the user throughout the photo taking process.

With our Image Editing, we help you make your cars shine and make the details stand out. This is done by improving lighting, colors, and contrast, as well as replacing the background in your photos.

Carswip App

How does the free trial work?

By signing up to the Free Trial, you will get 14-days uninterrupted access to the full version of the Carswip App. In this time period, you will be able to use the Carswip App to take photos of your cars as well as using the Carswip Web App to download the photos to your computer afterwards.

When you submit the form for the Free Trial, we will create an account for you and send you your login details in an introductory e-mail within 1 business day. Your trial period will start as soon as the e-mail is marked as 'Sent' on our end.

Please note that the free trial of the Carswip App does not include our Image Editing services. If you're looking for a trial of the two in combination, please contact us at sales@carswip.dk

Where can I download the app?

How do I switch from free trial to paid subscription?

Simply send us an email at sales@carswip.dk and we'll get it sorted.

Alternatively, you can wait for the follow-up e-mail that we send after the free trial has expired, which will include information on how to continue using the Carswip App with a paid subscription.

Carswip Web App

How do I place orders?

Customers who have signed up for one of our Image Editing plans can use the Carswip Web App to place orders.

How to place orders:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Enter car ID or name in the input field on the Dashboard
  3. Upload images either by drag and drop or by browsing files
  4. Send the order by pressing the 'Place Order' button

For customers who have multiple presets/types of editing, you will be prompted to select which of these to apply to the order prior to Step 3.

When can I expect orders to be delivered?

Orders placed before 7pm GMT+1 time are delivered the next day before noon (12pm).

Payments & Contract

Can I easily change plans?

Of course! You can switch plans at any time you'd like.

Can I get a custom deal/contract?

For dealerships with an inventory of above 500 used cars across all branches/locations, we offer a custom solution tailored specifically to your needs. Please contact sales@carswip.dk for more information.

What payment methods can I use?

Carswip is invoiced monthly and can currently only be paid via bank transfer.

For dealerships with multiple branches/locations, we can offer separate invoicing.

Is Carswip binding?

It depends on what product and plan you use.

For the Carswip App, you are bound for the full period of 1 year if you purchase a yearly plan. If you purchase monthly, you are only bound for the remainder of the month in which you cancel your plan. Please note that longer binding periods can occur in our Enterprise plan, but this will be noted in detail in the specific contract.

For Image Editing, the 'Business' and 'Professional' plans are not binding. The 'Custom' plan can be binding, but this is dependent on the specific contract signed by both parties.
